• Flexible steel strip forming the sole, arched between anchor points and set by a large knurled wheel.
• Marked RECORD; the C suffix denotes the version with the adjustable sole.
• 1-3/4 inch iron.

Buying and using

Check the flexible sole for cracks and kinks at the anchor points and make sure the adjuster turns. A seized or cracked sole is the common fault and is not practically repairable.
